Sri Lanka Tri series 2018
Nidahas Trophy is the T20 tri-series featuring Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh. The tournament is played to celebrate the 70th year of Independence of Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka hosts its Asian neighbors and strongest teams of the sub-continent. All the matches will be played at Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Each team will be playing twice against opponents. The top two teams in the points tally progress to the finals. The tournament will be a part of ICC fixtures and tours FTP program. The tournament in the shortest format will be held in March 2018.

India enters as the strongest team on paper. After winning a test and ODI series in South Africa they are ranked no.1 in ODI’s and Tests.
